If you have not already set up your Security Questions, you will not be able to change your password or unlock your account. If you know your password, you can set up your Security Questions.
Passwords can only be reset once in a 24 hour period.
Easy-to-guess passwords (like those including first/last names, employee IDs or addresses) will not be accepted.
New passwords must be a minimum of ten (10) characters and include three of these four classes:
• Upper case letters (A-Z)
• Lower case letters (a-z)
• Numeric characters (0-9)
• Special characters excluding blanks (~!@#$%^&*_-+=\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/)
